Mike Mussina, Roy Halladay, Harold Baines, Edgar Martinez, Louisiana-native Lee Smith, and the first player to be garner a unanimous vote to enter Baseball’s Hall of Fame, Mariano Riveria. completed the list. The six were inducted on Sunday in Cooperstown, New York before throngs of baseball faithful cheering and supporting their induction. A player must appear on 75% of submitted BBWAA ballots to reach the Hall of Fame, but Rivera became the first player in the long history of the process to achieve 100%.
