Lafayette‘s education and median income have earned a number 3 in the state according to ChamberofChambers.org. Convington and Mandeville are the only two communities that placed above Lafayette in the study. Lafayette is the largest city to land in the top 5.
“We’ve got a lot of young, educated people here that are truly showing engaged interest in the community and making it better,” One Acadia President and CEO Troy Wayman said.
