The 3rd Circuit Court of Appealsaffirmed the charter fix this past Friday and the case may continue to the supreme court as candidates wait to see who is running where in the fall elections. The plantiff Keith Kisbough and his attorney Lane Roy have 14 days to apply for rehearing and thirty days after that to appeal to the supreme court.
