Police in Pueblo, Colorado have arrested a man for robbing a Dairy Queen twice in one day.
37- year old Levi Roberts had several guns on him when he robbed a Dairy Queen at 9pm on Monday. Roberts got all of the cash in the register and tried to carjack someone. He failed and escaped on foot…
Until he returned to rob the same place again just 2-hours later. He once again failed to carjack someone and tried to get away on foot, but police were waiting. Roberts has been booked with 2-counts of aggravated robbery, 2-counts of attempted robbery, and felony menacing.
