DQ’d Kentucky Derby Loser Lays Out a Challenge

The owner of the horse that got disqualified at the Kentucky Derby this year has laid out a new challenge to 4 other horses.

Maximum Security was disqualified at this year’s Kentucky Derby after being found to interfere with 3 other horses, ultimately allowing 2nd place finisher, Country Horse, to be the winner.  Owner of Maximum Security, Gary West, doesn’t believe his horse can be beat and has laid out a challenge to Country Horse and the other 3 that were ruled to be interfered with.

If any of the horses finish ahead of his horse in any race for the rest of the year, he’s willing to pay the owner $5-million.  However, if they take his bet and don’t finish ahead of Maximum Security, they owe him $5-million – which he’s willing to donate to charity.
