Cauliflower is Cauliflower right? Not rice. Louisiana farmers are not fond of the term ‘cauliflower rice’, and are looking to have that term changed. A bill is making it’s way through the legislature demanding that products like cauliflower rice and almond mild re-brand. Not sure if this bill will pass, but local farmers are hoping it does!
