Peter Tork was an American musician and actor, best known as the keyboardist and bass guitarist of The Monkees. In 2009, Tork had been diagnosed with adenoid cystic carcinoma, a type of cancer. He was successfully treated and cleared of the cancer that year. Tork’s cause of death has not been announced. He was 77.
