Watch as Chicago Police form a human chain to rescue a man in freezing Lake Michigan.

Chicago Police released the body cam footage. The guy had been walking his dog when it fell into the water and then he fell in when he rescued it. The water was so cold that he went numb and couldn’t pull himself out. According to a report, his body temperature got down to 93 degrees, which is close to hypothermia.
