Cathedral City, California police recently found a drunk man hanging upside down by his steering wheel.

The man was involved in a hit-and-run before attempting to enter a gated community. He fell out of his truck while punching numbers into a keypad. The man’s foot got stuck in his steering wheel before cops found him hanging upside down. The man was charged with a DUI.
