Philadelphia police are looking for a bank robber who’s been dubbed “The Loose Pants Bandit” after his pants began to fall down during his getaway. Apparently the man is capable of holding up an M&T Bank, but can’t manage to hold up his pants. 6abc Action News shared the embarrassing surveillance footage on Facebook, seeking the public’s help in identifying the man.
