This two day festival includes a kids world kick off Saturday morning with a charity walk, Arts & Crafts Show in Magdaline Square, some of Louisiana’s best music, Antique farm implement egg cracking competition, great food all leading up to Sunday’s the procession of chefs, eggs and bread to the Giant 12 foot skillet where fun is the order of day for those preparing the “5000 Egg” Giant Omelette.
