Scrolling through Facebook and saw this as a bittersweet piece of progress. The building that until recently housed PizzaVille USA was demolished today. Kenny Champagne with Champagne Companies was awarded the honor of clearing property at the corner of University and Prejean Road in Carencro.
The project will eventually help with the drainage issue that has longed plagued Prejean Rd. in Carencro. It still is a little bittersweet to see a building that was home to PizzaVille USA, who has moved to Derek Plaza in Carencro, but this building also housed at one time Dr. Clause’s practice, if you are not from Carencro, think Doc from Gunsmoke. get you Z-pack for your upper respiratory infection.
