Tropical Storm Beryl Forms in the Atlantic

This afternoon the National Hurricane Center is Miami reported the second storm of the 2018 Hurricane season

Satellite imagery indicates that the tropical depression has strengthened and is now Tropical Storm Beryl.  Maximum sustained winds are estimated to be 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts.  An updated intensity forecast will be provided with the 500 PM AST
