Local Musician Lane Mack released a new song this past week. The song is awesome, but the next step Lane took is even more awesome. As you can see in the post below fellow local musician, Chrysi Forton and her daughter Lu lost everything in a house fire a couple days ago. As Lane shares in the post below:
Before I put this new song out I was thinking it could be cool to use it for something good in this world. I thought of St Jude’s or other charities like that and then the fire happened, and I couldn’t think of a better thing than helping someone in my own community.

Well here’s what I’d like to do, for every downloaded purchase of “It Must’ve Been Rain” from iTunes for the month of July I will donate 100% of the proceeds to help her out with this unfortunate situation. I figured with all the traction the video is getting we could turn that into something positive. Someone has also set up a GoFundMe page set up that I will link below where you can help with donations as well if you’d like.
So please Share this post if you share anything today and help me spread the word, let’s raise some dollars to help them get their lives back up and running.
